Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel an order, contact our customer support immediately with your order ID.

3. Refund on Cancellation

• Prepaid orders will be refunded within 7–10 business days
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method

4. Company Rights

Dharma Ayurveda reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
